一、团队简介

南通大学生物工程材料与传感研究团队聚焦阿尔茨海默病等神经退行性疾病,围绕β-淀粉样蛋白聚集调控,发展靶向分子设计、仿生纳米材料及跨血脑屏障递送技术,构建微环境响应治疗体系与治疗性细胞外囊泡平台,并融合单分子成像与数字分析,实现疾病早期诊断与精准干预。主要研究方向:

1)治疗性细胞外囊泡开发;(2)阿尔茨海默病智能药物递送系统;(3)单分子成像与数字分析;(4)超灵敏生物标志物检测



二、团队负责人简介

马蒙蒙,博士,教授、博士生导师。2020年获中国科学技术大学理学博士学位,2022–2026年在新加坡南洋理工大学化学化工与生物工程学院从事博士后研究,入选2025年度江苏特聘教授。主要聚焦阿尔茨海默病等神经退行性疾病,围绕β-淀粉样蛋白的聚集调控、靶向药物设计及其生物学效应开展系统研究,在跨血脑屏障多功能抑制剂构建、刺激响应型药物释放体系及治疗性细胞外囊泡开发等方面取得系列进展。近五年以第一作者或通讯作者在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.J. Am. Chem. Soc.BiomaterialsACS Nano 等期刊发表SCI论文20余篇。相关成果被 Nat. Rev. Bioeng.Acc. Chem. Res.Chem. Soc. Rev.Brain-X 等权威期刊作为研究亮点进行专题报道,并受到 NanoerX-MOL、科学网等学术媒体关注。此外,受邀担任 J. Am. Chem. Soc.BiomaterialsACS Appl. Nano Mater. 等国际期刊审稿人。



三、团队主要成员

肖依,博士,讲师,南通大学高层次引进人才。2021年获中国科学技术大学理学博士学位,2022–2026年在新加坡南洋理工大学数字分子分析与科学中心从事博士后研究。主要聚焦新型光学成像与单分子分析方法,在复杂体系中低丰度分子的超灵敏检测与微纳尺度过程解析方面取得重要进展。已发表SCI论文12篇,其中第一作者/通讯作者6篇,成果发表于Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. U. S. A.ChemJ. Am. Chem. Soc.Nano Lett.J. Phys. Chem. Lett.Acta Biomaterialia等期刊。相关研究被Nat. Rev. Mater.Annu. Rev. Anal. Chem.Nano-Micro Lett.Nano Energy等权威期刊作为亮点评述,并担任ACS Catal.ACS Appl. Nano Mater.等期刊审稿人。
